ORGANIZATIONS ARE LISTED IN ALPHABETICAL ORDER  Arts Law Centre of Australia www.artslaw.com.au Provides free or low cost specialized legal advice to Australian artists and arts organizations. Canadian Artists’ Representation/Le Front des artistes canadiens (CARFAC)  www.carfac.ca   Offers members a list of legal resources for resolving legal problems. Canadian Artists Representation Copyright Collective (CARCC) www.carcc.ca An advocacy organization founded that puts into practice the principles concerning artists’ copyrights, the professional practice of using written agreements, and the payment of appropriate fees for the use of copyright. Le Regroupement des artistes en arts visuels du Québec (RAAV) www.raav.org   Provides legal consultants to help artists defend their rights on an individual basis, including unfulfilled contract problems, copyright infringement, etc. Visual Artists’ Legal Clinic of Ontario (VALCO) www.carfacontario.ca/VALCO-Visual-Artists-Legal-Clinic-of-Ontario   A program in conjunction with CARFAC Ontario and a service to CARFAC Ontario members.
